This sculpture was created specifically for the 'Apropiarte' call for proposals by the Argentine Center for Textile Art in 2011, an initiative that invited artists to reinterpret a work through the language of textiles. In this context, a work by the Chilean sculptor Marta Colvin was used as a reference.
The piece was made of copper wire, woven on a vertical loom, exploring the structural and expressive possibilities of the material.
